All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted (such as pre-orders or restocks).

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on destination.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions may be offered during select campaigns.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

East Waves is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, East Waves is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears lost in transit, we’re happy to help initiate a claim with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue.
